I ordered a set of sheets from Macys earlier this year and really really liked them. When I moved, I ordered two more sets. 

This morning, I decided to check and see when they might arrive. Boy was I surprised to find out they should be here. Dropped off Tuesday at 2:47 at my front door. mmmmmmm

I go for a walk. There are several streets in this subdivision and many of them have the same number. 

Didn't find it. 

I'm also not finding a way on the USPS tracking site to let them know that they only think they delivered my package to the right address. 

Why don't I contact Macys directly? What a great idea! 

I go to Macys' site where I can apparently chat with someone. The chat feature can be found at the bottom of the page. Really? I can't find it. 

ooooo, I'll search for it. Eureka! there's the link! Except, when I click on it, I'm taken to a 404 page. Seriously?

I stop by Macys and visit customer service. They can't help me, but they give me a number hosting a series of automated selections. At the end of two phone calls, I find out that I can't make a claim for 10 days. Ten days from what? The order, the day USPS said they delivered it, my phone call?
