pickup is easy easy, sure, and swift.
We want your business, Use our app
Paying online is the simplest if you get our drift!
I feel dumb, I bought in.
Ordered me a sandwich and got in the car.
I thought we had an arrangement for a meal
Alas, your store door was locked and no one answered the phone.
It’s so hard to believe, you left me standing there.
Mr. Owner. He wrote me.
His answer was short and very simply,
did not
address the point.
He doesn’t seem to care that his sandwich joint
took my money.
And in return, I got nothing but some calories burned.
He has stressed, He’ll talk to his staff
tell them they have to do much better now.

but not the answer I was looking for.
I’m not a owner, but even I can see
it’s better PR if you at least offer to do something more!

Subway’s corporate hasn’t replied at all.
Am I wrong to want an answer
about Subway’s shoddy business practices.
I’m still waiting.
